Our gate technician was Ron. He showed up on time and demonstrated courtesy and professionalism throughout our entire encounter. He explained what he was doing during his evaluation and was consultative with his proposal. He was transparent about what work was of a more urgent nature and what work was optional to address our problem. He provided a quote immediately in writing which allowed me to get quick approval from our HOA board and have the work performed on the spot. Upon completion, Ron showed me what he did, and everything was to my complete satisfaction. This was my 3rd time using silence garage door and gates. They have fixed my garage door, installed a doorbell camera and this time fixed the broken chain on my gate. Roee and Ron came on the day I had called for service.  They were prompt and fast at fixing the gate. Their pricing was very reasonable and I will definitely call them again if I ever have issues.
